When it comes to working out (and almost anything else in life), it is so much better with music pumping to my ears, especially through my Beats by Dre earphones!
Not only does it clear the mind, but it has been proven that listening to music helps you to train harder for longer, especially when at a higher tempo (average of 130 beats per minute) and slightly louder than usual.
I have found that the best way to ensure that you have an uninterrupted supply of music during training is to put a playlist together of your favorite upbeat and motivational songs.
